Present Your Research
Presenting your paper at ICSEE 2026 is a valuable opportunity to showcase your research to a distinguished local and international audience and gain visibility among your peers and engage in meaningful discussions with experts in your engineering field.
-
Accepted ICSEE papers (following peer review) will be delivered in either oral presentations at the applicable conference sessions or at the conference-wide poster session.
-
Authors of accepted and presented papers may choose to publish their work in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, which extends the impact of your work.
(Some conference paper contributors may prefer not to subsequently upload the paper for archiving in IEEE Xplore. This is a personal choice which we accommodate.)
Paper submission deadline: November 14, 2025
FINAL deadline: December 2, 2025
November 30, 2025
Peer Review
ICSEE submissions are high-quality technical papers that undergo a peer-review process conducted by members of the Technical Program Committee (TPC). The TPC consists of 13 subcommittees spanning the Electrical Engineering disciplines of the 21st century. At submission, authors must indicate the TPC subcommittee for their work. ICSEE reserves the right to recategorize the paper to a better matching subcommittee.
Submission Deadline
The paper submission deadline is November 14, 2025. Final deadline: November 30, 2025.
Notification of acceptances are expected by January 9, 2026.
Submission Guidelines
ICSEE paper contributions are two-pages long (A4 format), inclusive of title, author information/affiliation, 40 word abstract, and all scientific/technical text, figures, and tables. Cited prior works (i.e., References) and an acknowledgement statement (if necessary) can extend to a third page. Only PDF files will be accepted. Authors must adhere to IEEE conference manuscript templates and two-page scientific contribution + one-page reference listing length limit for consistent paper formatting appearing in the conference proceedings (and later appearing on IEEE Xplore, should authors choose so).
Accessing the Templates
IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your paper prior to submission. Failure to remove template text may result in your paper not being published.
