We are delighted to announce the return of the International Conference on the Science of Electrical Engineering (ICSEE 2026), which resumes after a hiatus of several years. ICSEE, the biennial flagship meeting of the IEEE Israel Section, brings together local and international students, early-career researchers, academics, and industry professionals for a two-day comprehensive scientific conference in Israel’s capital, Jerusalem, on March 11–12, 2026.

The conference will feature a rich scientific program, including plenary lectures, tutorials and invited talks, as well as contributed papers and posters, and special symposia on emerging and timely topics. We warmly invite you to submit your latest achievements in electrical engineering and join us in exploring innovation, collaboration, and discovery.
