Registration Fees
Registration and accommodation are handled through one online registration form.
You may complete your registration with or without accommodation, according to your needs.
Early Registration
Early bird until Febuary 1, 2026

IEEE Student Member 550 ₪
IEEE Life Fellow/Life Member 550 ₪

Registration fees for Conference includes:

Participation in the Conference scientific sessions

Entrance to the exhibition

Coffee Breaks throughout the conference

Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:
Up to 1 February 2026 - Full refund less 10% Cancellation fees
Between 2 February 2026 and 25 February 2026 -Cancellation charge of 50%
From 26 February 2026 - No refund
All cancellation requests must be received by email to drajmilevich@paragonpco.com
Accommodation
Accommodation booking is optional.
Participants who wish to book a hotel room may do so directly within the online registration form.
During the registration process, you will be able to select your accommodation preferences.
